Working at Home

Following the recent epidemic, many businesses are implementing voluntary or compulsory housing policies.

Even if you have done this before, working from home on coronavirus can be considered a new world. Maybe for a long time, maybe one day here and there.
These tips will help you become more productive, complete your work, and take care of your mental health.

  1. Set up a workshop

One of the biggest challenges associated with distance work is managing work and family life. If you do not give up your job altogether, your job will be ruined and your home will be ruined.

If you are used to going to the office every day, exercise is the difference between work and home, and you want to try to do it as much as possible with the exercise you have chosen at home. If you live in a small apartment like mine, you can make fun of a separate home office room. I write in the same room with my office, kitchen, living room and dining room. The workplace should not be its own room – the corner in my office – but it still looks as different as your entire home.

Try to comfort your workplace with a chair that allows you to sit up to eight hours a day with other makeup. If possible, look for a place that has good natural light. Although you do not spend much time outdoors, spending time outdoors during your trip can be stressful, and even do not engage immediately.

Participating in your work will help you to “call” and go to work earlier in the day. Leaving your workplace, on the other hand, will also help you to “shut down” at the end of the day and shut yourself off. That’s why it’s important not to spread out in the house – it’s a good idea to be able to walk from the table to the sofa to the bed, but if you leave your laptop when you’re lazy, it can be difficult. Your job is different from your home life.
If you work outside of work or at a desk you want to use outside the room where you spend most of your time, water us every night to determine the end of the day. Since I was working on my personal computer remotely, I made sure that all the tabs and programs related to my work were closed at the end of the day. The key is to get everything out of your workplace.

  1. Dress

It may seem trivial, but it is not. Before I started working for my company, I worked at home for about seven months, during which time my full-time job was far away. It’s not okay to wear pajamas all day, but I’m tempted to stay.
You don’t have to dress casually, but a simple change of clothes is a sign of the time to get up and do things. Do not underestimate the power of good clothing. Make yourself human and feel confident and help you draw a line between work and life.
Clothing also includes appearance-related activities: bathing, combing hair, and doing makeup if this is your normal routine. You do not have to go to the office if you do not want to, but getting up to look at yourself can help you to take care of yourself.
And just because you’re at home doesn’t mean you’re ignored.

  1. Follow the activity instructions

When choosing and avoiding your exercise, you should make it clear that you are active and active. If you follow the usual instructions, do your best and be prepared to return to the changed rooms. Moreover, if your role is collaborative, you are in the same position as your co-workers.

This is especially important when you are living with other people. Talk to your roommates to set boundaries to avoid distractions during the workday – and take a close look at your loved ones. Having free time and a place to work allows you to live your home life again.

  1. Create changes to the product

Walking in the morning not only takes you to work – from one body to another – but also gives your mind time to prepare for work. Even if you don’t go, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t always do it to make your work day easier.

You can read or listen to songs along the way. You can do this at home. Or you could spend time with pets. You can add exercise, preferably at home because of the new coronavirus, but find out what is acceptable in your area. or spend some time at a leisure center, just make sure it is appropriate, provide medical information from your location.

At the end of the day, the journey turns into a nightmare. Passengers often spend time in the car or train, relax after a hard day’s work, and sleep well at night. They do not usually go to a popular lunch or house show.

Give yourself something to mark the end of the process and act as a repository. When I worked at home, I would take my dog for a long walk at the end of the day. This has helped me to throw away something physically and fun, and to be very comfortable, because when my dog arrives late, he sleeps in front of the door when he will look for me or leave.

  1. Don’t forget to communicate

As soon as the whole office starts working outdoors, they cut off most of the normal human relationships throughout the day, which helps reduce loneliness and break down kitchen clutter.
Strive for this all day long with phone calls, calls, emails, promotions or any other form of communication from your business. If you often ask coworkers on your weekend, keep going. If you have a regular conversation with them about a particular topic, talk to them. This little relationship is great.
